We recommend requesting physical samples before placing large orders to ensure the materials and finishes meet your expectations.

Product specifications, including paper weights, dimensions, and available finishes, are subject to change based on supplier availability and industry standards. While we make every effort to maintain consistent quality, minor variations may occur between production batches. These variations are considered normal in the printing industry and do not constitute grounds for returns or refunds.

Artwork Requirements and Responsibilities

When submitting artwork for printing, you are responsible for ensuring that all files meet our technical specifications. This includes proper resolution (minimum 300 DPI for print), correct color mode (CMYK for full-color printing), appropriate bleed areas, and safe zones for text and critical elements. Detailed artwork guidelines are available on our website and should be reviewed before submission.

We are not responsible for printing errors that result from artwork that does not meet our specifications. This includes issues such as low resolution images appearing pixelated, RGB colors not converting accurately to CMYK, or text and images being trimmed during the cutting process due to inadequate bleed areas.

• All artwork must be submitted in accepted file formats as specified in our guidelines
• Fonts should be outlined or embedded to prevent substitution issues
• Images must be high resolution and properly linked or embedded
• Color-critical projects should include Pantone references when applicable
• Final approval of proofs constitutes acceptance of the artwork as submitted

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, and high volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once packages leave our facility.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to file claims with shipping carriers for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We will assist you with the claims process to the extent possible.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are your sole responsibility.
